Privacy
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, Instagram handle, and, if you give them, your studio name and the plan you're interested in.
To stop spam and abuse we also keep a one-way scrambled code (a salted hash) of your IP address and browser type. We don't store the IP address or browser details themselves. Our anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs when the form loads.
Why
To email you when your spot opens and about joining Session Edits. We don't send marketing newsletters from the waitlist. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Where it's stored
On Cloudflare (our hosting and database provider). [Lawyer: confirm cross-border storage wording under PIPEDA; Cloudflare D1 does not guarantee a Canadian region.]
How long
Until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist closes. [Set a retention period.]
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or leave the list, at any time by emailing hello@sessionedits.com. We don't sell your information.
Client footage
This page covers the waitlist only. A full policy covering uploaded session footage, client consent and deletion will be published before the service opens.
